TCP-Z – Universal Windows TCP/IP Patcher, Even for Windows 7!

TCP-Z is a compact yet useful half connection patcher for virtually all windows platforms. It support Windows XP SP2,XP SP3, Vista, Vista SP1, and Windows 7 M3; in both 32-bit and 64-bit.
It also includes a graphical interface to monitor TCP connections, half connections. and network speed.
One of my favourite feature is that you can modify half connection limit WITHOUT the need to restart your system. The program modifies memory data so the change takes effect immediately.
